Less than or equal to (<=) DAX Operator

The “less than or equal to” operator <= returns TRUE when the first argument is less than or equal to the second argument.
This operator does not perform any implicit conversion between strings and numbers.
The following are valid expressions using the “less than or equal to” operator.

Sales[Quantity] <= 2
Customer[First Letter] <= "R"
